We were so fortunate to have found Big Star Ford & our sales rep- Alfred. Our entire experience was no-haggle, sincere, and dedicated! This was an exciting purchase for us and we shpped at MANY other Ford dealerships before finding Big Star Ford. Even our time in finance with John was stress-free.
