We found a vehicle online that we were interested in an sent an email for more info. Wesley called me within 5 minutes. We discussed the vehicle and confirmed it had the features we were looking for. A half hour later, he sent a video confirming that the vehicle had all the features discussed and that it was actually on the lot. It was accompanied with an offer that beat the other dealers we talked to. The next day, we came to check it out in person. Everything was as described. We got the vehicle we wanted at the price quoted. No suprises. I will say it again, the video was a nice touch. We told Wesley what was important to us and he emphasized those details in the video. True customer service!
