Big Star Ford

Rob Barrett did a fabulous job on selling us our truck. He has excellent customer service and knows how to treat his customers. He sets a good example for all employees of Big Star Ford. Your employees can learn from him. Charles Moore the finance guys was awesome. He also had a great attitude and made our experience easy. He another one that knows good customer service. Maybe Robert Cook can learn from both of them. On the other hand Robert Cook should not be allowed to deal with customers because he is rude and needs to learn customer service. He should take note or lessons from Robert Barrett. Rules are in place for a reason but I also know that there are things that can be done to protect the business and help the customer.
