Great first time Ford purchase

I came to Big Star Ford because of location, inventory and price. I did my research and was ready to test drive the Focus SE. Our salesman Alexander Young was a nice guy, not pushy in the least and so accomodating. The worst part of the process is the 'deal,but the price of the vehicle was exactly as I expected, no surprises. We went back and forth on my trade in, but it ended up just fine. I love my new Focus and so very pleased that I have a wonderful local dealership to get it serviced.
