I completed an inquiry online about a Ford Expedition Max Limited. I submitted the inquiry near closing time and thought that I would likely be contacted the next day. I received a text that night from Jarrod. He was touching bases after hours! I went in the next evening and left in my new Expedition Max Limited. I visited the dealership the day after purchase and Alfred graciously went over the awesome new features in the SUV. Jarrod again made sure that I was taken care of and that my time was respected.
