My experience with the salesman Frank was superb. He greeted me with a pleasant smile as I entered the building very eager to help me. He was knowledgeable with regards to the kind of car I wanted. He made sure I was pleased from the moment I walked through the door until I drove off in my new car. Highly recommend Big Star Ford !!
