Big Star Ford

I don't normally wrote reviews, but I am blown away by the level of customer service I received at Big Star Ford in Manvel. I made the decision to stop in and check out an Explorer on Saturday, which was also my birthday. I ended up test driving 2 different Explorers and purchased the 2nd one. Daniel Nguyen was a dream to work with from the very first email. He was extremely communicative the week leading up to me going into the car lot, sending me information on various vehicles I asked about. This was my first vehicle purchase, and I did not need a new car by any means, so i was very picky and not easily convinced to buy. Daniel was friendly, funny and genuine. I could tell he was not just working hard to make his sale, but he seemed to genuinely care that I was happy with my purchase. He even checked up on us while we were in financing. This brings me to my next step in the car buying adventure. The finance guy was a dream to work with as well. He walked me through all my paperwork as I was signing, and patiently took the time to explain the warranty math and how it all added up. A manager (I think the gm) stopped by to say hello and thank us for our business too. Everyone was so friendly and communicative. I have been and will be recommending Big Star Ford for years to come!
