Big Star Ford

I was very disappointed, I bought from here before. I signed a deal then later got a call to say the vehicle was no longer available because I got a real good deal and they wanted to back out . They offered me a different truck with the same deal but got lied to!! Sales manager Josh did not honor the deal he said! All I wanted was the truck and got flat out lied too, I will be letting my friends co-workers and especially my family not to do business with big star ! I am a big time ford owner and could not believe what happened to me, ford is like family to me! 2 things I love ..... the Dallas cowboys and fords! Very disappointed
