I went into Big Star, unsure of the kind of Ford Explorer that I wanted. Shanara was patient, informative, and helpful as I weighed my options. Once I made a decision, she did her best to get me the best deal, the best value on my trade in vehicle, and make sure that the entire experience was positive. I will definitely recommend Big Star to family and friends in search of a new vehicle.
