After visiting another dealership and leaving frustrated with their process I went to Big Star Ford. Alfred was the best sales representative that I have ever dealt with. I told him exactly what I wanted and he delivered. No wasted time at all. Charles in finance was extremely informative and helpful as well. The process was relatively quick and i left with the exact car that I showed him from the website. This is definitely my new dealership.
