The customer service I experienced with Big Star Ford was unparalleled. I was not pressured to buy and my internet sales manager was very knowledgeable and patient. He was able to get any car I wanted even if it was not on the lot. I enjoyed my experience so much, I brought my mother the next day and she purchased a new vehicle. I just hope I get the same experience in a few years when I go back.
