Big Star Ford

My husband and I do not recommend big star Ford service department or big star Ford! My husband is in it an Experienced auto tech from fire stone. He has repaired 30 to 40 cars a week when he worked for fire stone. Big star Ford service department has had our truck in their possession for almost 6 weeks. They have also lied about when they would have it ready. They have told us multiple times after they had told us a time that they would have it ready that they did not have a lift for the truck. They have also given us different stories about when they would have parts ready. Because of the unethical way, big star Ford has handled the repair of our truck. It has affected our personal life, and there are family that we have not been able to see in over a month, including our sons! Big star Ford is dishonest and practices, unethical, and shady business! Their customer service Is slimy at best!
