I came back to Big Star for another purchase, because with the first purchase they busted their butt to get me in a truck and they had to get creative with my trade in and my budget. This time the knocked it out of the park, Tommy Le was very helpful and extremely knowledgable. I came looking to purchase a King Ranch and left with a Platinum after he explained the differences between the two. He then proceeded to show me all the nuances of the truck, he programmed my phone and got Car Play up and running for me. He did most of this after the dealership was closed, he went over and above!
