All staff I encountered were so very helpful. The entire process was quick and easy, straight to the point, and non stressful. Big Star Ford is obviously customer service driven. Mr. Nguyen in sales and Mr. Bradley in finance were amazing. I came here knowing exactly what I wanted. I was out within an hour or so. And I absolutely love the vehicle we purchased!
