I had a great experience at Big Star Ford, everyone was very friendly. My salesman Von and Charles went above and beyond to get me into my 2018 F150 Lariat FX4. I needed a little wiggle room and Charles managed to get it and greatly appreciate all the help they were during the purchase. Thanks again Charles and Von.
