Big Star Ford

I got a 2017 Escape. However I left the dealership feeling like I did not get the best deal. Like why would you sell a vehicle with only 1 key.. and the numbers presented were changed 3 times and each time everyone was pointing the finger at someone else. . Im not really happy with the experience, but the vehicle was a gift for my wife... who just went through a year of cancer treatments.
