Our salesman Ali, worked hard getting price of vehicle where we were comfortable with monthly payments. Great sales experience. Where they could improve is the amount of time we had to wait on finance officer. I have excellent credit and found my own financing. They had to do nothing but little paperwork and took them almost 3 hours. Finance officer was extremely pushy to buy additional packages. We told him no several times, but he kept on. He even laughed at us because we declined. You do not treat customers like that. So in short, sales was a great experience. Financing needs to be improved. Do not let anyone push you into something you're not comfortable with.
