Customer service was awesome, especially our sales rep Brandon Aldridge. Very attentive and flexible with our schedules. I wish I could say the same about the finance guy, which I don't know his name because he didn't ever introduce himself although we spent 30-40 minutes in his office! Very straight forward, kid of robotic like, no good customer service skills at all! We were very uncomfortable and could tell he didn't want to be there, much less even like his job!
