onI have taken my work truck into this Chevy house several times and it’s always a dice roll. The auto text you get for support is usually non existent. I have had to constantly text and ask the status of my vehicle which took the whole month of November to repair!! I had to initiate the talks. I would receive messages back that the “part” was still unable to be shipped and that I should extend my rental another week, which is easier said than done these days. It’s sad days when I’m hoping my company gives me a Ford truck next.
