Dealership Service Review
This is a follow up to my previous review titled "Bad Experience" on 07-08-23. I wrote my review and later messaged Gene Messer through their automated "contact us" platform. Their Service Manager John contacted me and I explained what had happened He apologized for the misunderstanding and he sincerely wanted to make things right for me. I told him I wasn't sure what could be done now considering the work had already been done. He then offered to do the full system transmission flush I thought I was getting at no cost and set me up for an appointment. As I previously said I had never had an issue at anytime before this with Gene Messer. My previous sales and service experiences had been great. I now wish I would have given them the chance to make things right concidering my past experiences with them before posting my original review. Problems happen, but it's how one responds to the problem that shows a persons or businesses true worth. Thanks John, Jr and Gene Messer Chevy for your excellent customer service.
