I went in with a flat tire to get it fixed because I had bought my tires there. Was told I had run flat tires and it couldn’t be repaired and was told it had to be replaced. I argued that I didn’t have run flats but they were adamant that it was. No they weren’t run flats and when I went to pick up the car spoke to another person who said no it wasn’t a run flat but that they can’t fix that type of tire because it’s a high speed tire. If I had gone to discount tire this tire would have been fixed and I wouldn’t have been made to buy a new tire. Also asked to have the tires rotated and was told they couldn’t do that because my car has staggered rims and tires. I was shocked that a professional shop full of men would have to have a woman tell them that all you do is swap the sides of the tires to rotate them! Then while I’m waiting for them to swap out the tires like I requested I could clearly see that several of them in the mangers office were making fun of me because I was so upset and mad by this point! Don’t go here they will rip you off and don’t know what they are doing! Especially if you are a women driving a sports car!
