Confusing

onTook my suburban in for a oil change, parking sensor replacement and trunk latch replacement. I was told different multiple times of which parts needed to be ordered. My vehicle wasn’t completed until the following Wednesday! I had to call and follow up daily. It was my first bad experience. Hopefully will have a better experience next time.
