Dealership Service Review
I scheduled thru the call center to arrive at 10:45 am on Monday to have my back brakes bled due to a recall. This was suppose to take no more than three hours. At 4:30 that same afternoon, I received a call that the work had not been done yet, and I had a choice to come pick up the car or leave overnight. I chose to leave it, and ask while the car was there still, could the tech change my transmission fluid also. My car was not ready for pickup until 4:00 on Tuesday. This amount of time taken and the inconvienence of not having my car kinda put a concern for me regarding over booking service for customers if the simple work can not be done any faster than this. I however thought my service provider Janel did a good job with her job title there. Question? How come when it comes to getting a ride to go home, the shuttle service can only take one person at a time? I did not have the time to wait for my turn on Monday. Surely, this is NOT about covid protocols, or is it?
