Lacked communication

onOverall, the service was good with what I had done on my truck. However, they lacked communication. They sent a text stating that was the way to communicate but after telling me what was needed, they did not respond again despite my responses and questions. They never told me me vehicle was ready. I had to call and check on it after 4.5 hours.
