My experience went very well. I have had an issue with my battery not starting up my vehicle on start-up. I did purchase the lifetime battery warranty at the dealership upon the first time issue with my vehicle so when my vehicle starting acting up again, I made an appointment online for service. Ronnie (Kynal) Kou was awesome and he explained everything in detain including diagnostic fee if there was any mechanical issue with my vehicle that could be causing the battery issue. Diagnostic came back negative for any parts malfunctions and they replaced my battery for free (just having to pay for labor and battery disposal fee under $35). Wait time was about an hour and a half considering there were other customers ahead of me, but wait time went fast having relaxing in the lounge area with complementary snacks and water. When my car was finished, it was also washed, vacuumed and tire shined. I'll be scheduling my appointments in the future (if any) with Ronnie (Kynal)!
