Brought the car in for general maintenance. Technician inspoected the car and found two (2) other areas that needed attention and sent me a video showing the problem areas. I have worked with the service advisor before and look forward to a continuing relationship. BTW: I have handled all my automotive needs at this specific dealer since 2006.
