AutoNation Acura Gulf Freeway

From the moment my husband and I walked into Autonation Acura Gulf Freeway, Charles greeted us and made our experience phenomenal. We were coming from being GMC/Chevy owners our entire life to Acura, so the need to have someone hold our hand was important. Charles delivered the best customer service and was so patient with us. He took time to show us how to start and navigate the car. He took care of all of the things I wanted done and even called and followed up with us after the sale. The manager was very professional, as well. They both went out of their way to make sure we were pleased. I cannot speak highly enough about our experience. Amazing service, give them the chance to earn your business-you won’t be disappointed. Highly highly recommend! We will be returning customers in the future, when that time approaches.
