Harolyn (service advisor) took time to explain what was being done, why it was necessary, and how much it would cost. This was my first visit after my free service warranty expired. She also was on time with her estimate of how long it would take. I appreciate their service as I'm 40 miles closer to the dealer I bought my car from and choose to drive the extra miles to Killeen for Kia service.
