Back window changed due to bad installation from dealer

onKevin was great whoever the technician was scratched my bed moving my tool box my tool box wasn’t even heavy looks like it was done un purpose they disconnected my dash camera after deleting files from it .

I have been calling to speak with the general manager but they never connect me with one …now just waiting to see if anyone will call me back …
