Dealership Service Review
Three times I have had my Jeep in this service center, my vehicle has had to stay more than two weeks. Two times was related to the security system and one time for A/C issues. Service coordinators do not listen to the customer and deflect the issue to someone else instead of owning the l responsibility. The last two reps were defensive in their communication. The second time in the shop, there was an appointment made two weeks in advance. When arrived, I was told it would take two to three days to get a diagnostic. Why do you have an appointment if the technician is not able to diagnose the situation. Then they did not call me for a week. I had to call and they still had not put it before the tech. The situation goes on and on. Completely frustrating and poorly managed. I even contacted the service manager who did not return my call either.
