Jeep Grand Cherokee - Justin and Ray

I brought my car to the dealership and had to bring it in more than once. Nevertheless, Justin went above and beyond to ensure that he kept in contact with what was going on, that he exhausted all options, and he went above with his word. I appreciate him. He also looped in his manager, Ray, who made sure I was taken care of in the interim with transportation while my car was being worked on. I got my car back and I missed my second baby lol. He’s running smooth today for sure.
