onThere appears a lack of internal communication on status and clearly an issue with updating and communicating with me. The work was finally done but of all times I was promised a call back, I received two. From when I took my truck in for ‘diagnosis’ to when it was repaired always about a month. In the meantime, I had no visibility on timing and had to call myself to pick up my vehicle while they better understood timing, path forward on leak repair and availability of resources to to make the repair/replace.
