Refused to honour Warranty

onCar was sold with an issue, returned to sales team after day 3 of purchase to explain, told no issue and covered by the warranty, booked in to service centre the following week to resolve. Service team took car did nothing and then claimed not covered by warrant and demanded 180$ for the diagnostic. Had I known I would have exercised the 5 day money back guarantee but they probably would not honour that either
