Disappointed on many levels

on1st sign of trouble was getting a call that the body work was complete. Arrived to find out that the only one plastic piece was replaced and the damaged bumper was not touched. When the vehicle was dropped off the body shop manager said they would fully inspect the vehicle. This was clearly not performed. Picked up the vehicle and noticed the paper mat in drivers floor board was soaking wet and thought maybe it was caused by the technicians wet shoes. Found out this morning there was 2-in of water. Obviously they left the vehicle outside with the window down during last week when we had some of the worst rain we have experienced in a long time.
