onI had my Jeep towed in for a dead battery (still under warranty) on a wednesday at 10:00am. i did not get my jeep back until saturday. On friday, i texted the service person at 4:00. i never heard a word about my jeep until i texted or called them. i opted to pick up my jeep on saturday morning. i am sick of AutoNation. They did not return my lug nut keys the last time i was there. my question - how is it that a battery replacement, oil change and tire rotation take 2 1/2 days with no call back on the status of my jeep
