They ruined my transmission by not adding fluid

onMy car has been at this dearship for 5 months. As part of an accident they replaced the transmission cooler. They did not add fluid after the repair per the collision manager. I brought the vehicle back collision tried to tell me the problem was brakes and rotors. My car is still there. Not my state inspection is expiring. I can’t drive to go elsewhere. They refused to waive $25 Toft the state inspection.
