Bait and switch! Terrible service.

One of the worst service departments in system. I scheduled my appointment for the first thing in the morning to hopefully get in and out as quickly as possible. When I arrived I was told that they needed my truck for the entire day to do a 5 minute software update. WTF! If that was the case then I should have been notified the day prior and not the morning of. Sadly this is not the first time. Terrible! Go somewhere else.
