Texan Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram

I purchased the oil change package they offered, which included 3 oil changes, tire rotation and wash. I was just recently told by the service advisor that due to my truck being a 3500 that only the front tires are rotated. So disappointed. To add, during the same oil change, the technician forgot to put my dipstick back and oil sprayed all over my truck engine and was coming out of the grill and dripping from the bumper. To be fair, Texan Dodge acted quickly and offered to clean my engine, just bring it in. Out of the 3 visits so far, only one time was I offered a loaner vehicle. The other times I either contacted a coworker to transport me to and from work, and the other I took their courtesy shuttle. It is a bit frustrating due to their negligence I am inconvenienced almost every week with getting my engine cleaned. This past Friday it was cleaned only to have more oil coming from under my hood and down my driver fender less than 24hrs later. So I will be visiting them once again to have my engine cleaned as well as my truck washed.
