BILLIE is the best. I thought that once Ricardo retired, I would never find another SUPER service coordinator. I was bounced around then I called my trusted informant and was given Billie's name. OMG, BILLIE was a great choice. Upon meeting her the first time she was so real and genuine. I like the fact that she doesn't dismiss her customers request. She listens and together we implement a plan of action. She updates you throughout the day sometimes late in the evening. Billie's apologetic when the service department is delayed or your vehicle is not ready as promised. She knows the vehicle and can educate you on things you may not be aware of. NEVER EVER has she and I can bet will she degrade the customer as if they didn't know what they were talking about. Billie is a keeper she could train other service team members. Don't forget to add in a raise and bonus for her going beyond the call of duty. Guess what, I think I'm going to stay in the Cadillac family.
