onThe appointment was booked and scheduled through the FordPass after an alert triggered an oil change. UNFORTUNATELY the stupid App doesn’t work, they told me I HAD NOT BOOKED an appointment and they were busy but after a 3 hour wait the car was completed as needed…3 hours for an oil change !
