Impressive Service Department

My truck broken down in Houston and I had it towed to Sterling McCall GMC (on a busy Saturday) as soon as I arrived Mr. Arnold Ramirez immediately understood my situation and took my info and coordinated the drop off of my vehicle AND the Uber driver who would drop me off at my house. I was very impressed as he was already working with other customers. I was in/out with in 30 mins. I will be going back and I definitely recommend the Service Department .
