onMy air conditioner isn't cold and I assumed the good stuff was leaking. I was correct but it took them almost five hours to figure it out. I arrived at 830 am. I was also introduced to a new advisor. Marcus is gone. 2011 terrain so they needed to order new parts. Final price is high. Will come back on Saturday morning for them to fix. Praying that it will go smooth. I have been coming here for a while but never had to wait this long.
