Allyce Bass was incredible from beginning to end. I went in to have an oil change on my vehicle and was advised on some services that needed immediate attention. I informed her that unfortunately I was pressed for time that day and simply did not have the time to do it. She handed me her card and told me when I was ready to give her a call and that if I could come in during the week for faster service, she would have an Alto drop me off and pick me up so that I didn't have to wait around. She went above and beyond from beginning to end, and when I did come back for the services she delivered as promised. I been coming to this dealership since buying my Buick 3 years ago and I just have NEVER been disappointed.
