I received an email from Sterling McCall reminding me I was due for a 150K Mile Service. They offered two packages and I went for the 2nd package which included an Oil Change for $433. I received a call telling me my vehicle was ready hours later but nothing about the price increase. I should have been notified prior to serving or after service. I was told after I received an email which informed me that I could pay in advance. I was told of the price increase when I paid that the price online was incorrect. They gave me a $50 discount because of the online price quote but I still had to pay an extra $60. I need my car and been laid off of work for 18 months so living on a tight budget is tough and now this. I was shocked and had to hold it together. I will never return to Sterling McCall again. I have been a customer since 2014.
