Dealership Service Review
This is the first time in 5 years I’m disappointed in the service. Yesterday, arriving at 8:00, I waited 9 hrs in the waiting room. I scheduled an oil change, but also needed service for the A/C. Not cooling. After an hour the customer service attendant approached with a list of items which needed attention. The A/C was on the list. Bad/damaged condenser. I approved the items I wanted repaired and customer service returned to the mechanic so he could execute the repairs. At about 1:00 I approached customer service to check status. I was told then that, “you know this is a 7 hr job”. Well no, I was not aware that this work was of such a long duration. At this point I was there for 5 hrs. I decided to wait it out. My decision. Finally at 5:00 I was informed the work completed. I believe my complaint here is that after I agreed to the condenser repair, I should have been told that this is an all day repair. Knowing this information I would have elected the option to be driven home.
