called for an appointment and my service rep, Irvin, got me in the same day. Not knowing what the problem was with my superduty, i was prepared to leave it with them for a few days, but Irvin called me an hour and a half later to tell me my truck was finished! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this service department and Irvin was very helpful and courteous! 10/10!!
