onI scheduled my 10k service, and the service folks kept to the timeframe. They kept me informed with calls and text messages. Car was washed nicely, too. The only thing preventing a five-star review is that they were unable to do the recall service this month (March), even though Ford sent me a letter in December saying my recall parts were available.
