I went for very urgent problem to Mercedes dealer yesterday and they always very friendly I have no problem about customer service. But their rates are incredibly expensive and they are selling parts 3 times more expensive than other dealers,and their own Mercedes Benz parts websites ,4 times more than online prices. (Btw I was thinking that they were going to change my turbo at the beginning since I was told my turbo was leaking but my service edvisor was clear that my whole turbo line needs to be replaced) I paid 2782001000 $201 vs msrp $105 sale $77 2782000900 $143 vs msrp $74 sale $54 2782031217 $136 vs msrp $70 sale $50 0029936796 $175 vs msrp $53 sale $39 And they have the very expensive labor I never ever seen in my life which is $206/hr which is $125/hr in New York City (not even state) Cost of my parts online $250.88 ($300msrp*) total and they charged me $1900 And they charged me $59.99 for something that I am not aware of called shop supplies…
