NEGATIVES: Overall process took >4.5 hours; purchased vehicle was recently acquired by MBoH North from another dealership that did not disclose cosmetic damage (even though they had records of issue) that was discovered after arriving at home; Finance Department attempted to lock me into higher interest note even though I had specifically requested an alternate lender with a more favorable rate.
