Worst customer service ever!

With the exception of the level of service we received from our salesman Alec Christy which was superb, the entire management team at this dealership has absolutely no concept of what customer service beyond the sales process is. We will never do business with Auto Nation again. Spare yourself a headache and take your money to a Sewell Mercedes Benz dealership.
